About Us

Annie Swartz, RN, BSN, has been a Registered Nurse since 1992 and has over ten years of experience in the home care industry.  Little Silver Home Care, LLC,  is a consulting agency that assists clients to choose a Licensed Health Care Service Firm to place qualified caregivers in their home.  Annie will interview the client and develop an individual plan of care to understand their needs at home. She will also consult and work with the Health Care Service Firm of the client's choice to assist with the optimal home care experience.

Little Silver Home Care has over 10 years of experience working with older clients who have different types of dementia, psychological and physical challenges.

Annie is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey. She was the owner and executive director of her own Health Care Service Firm for ten years. Her knowledge, compassion, and nursing skills have assisted over 300 clients in their own home.
