We utilize the nursing process to help clients and their family members figure out home care in order to maintain a heallthy and safe home environment.
Navigating the home care process can be stressful. We will advocate for the client and their home care needs. The nurse can discuss with: physicians, nurses, social worker, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists to evaluate the client’s goals.
